A Construction and Tunnelling company (DSJV) has successfully implemented infoFINIUM with great rewards. Contractual documents are readily available to those who have permission, across the company’s multiple sites, quickly and easily. Document production efficiency, accountability and traceability have been improved. Stationery costs have been reduced as large file sizes can be uploaded into the system and approved electronically. Training costs have also been saved, due to an easy to use and intuitive user interface. The implementation of infoFINIUM has helped the company easily achieve a qualification for an ISO9001 QMS.
An Academic Institution has implemented infoFINIUM to automate their submitting, auditing, controlling, editing and tracking of forms. Previously this had all been completed manually resulting in communication and out dated information issues. infoFINIUM has improved the organisation’s process efficiency; enabled all staff and authorised members to be well informed on information delays, with access to real time, up to date information, whenever and wherever it is required, further aiding the organisation’s green initiatives.
Virtus-IT has successfully implemented infoFINIUM to meet their stringent project documentation requirements. Winning an engagement with a large Insurance and Services Provider, they were required to deliver this project to their usual high standards. This involved use of multiple pools of resources, consequently leading to the involvement of multiple third parties requiring access to different pieces of project information. Virtus-IT initially managed this through the use of Dropbox, but it quickly became apparent that this approach was not controlled or structured, and furthermore, was very inefficient. infoFINIUM provided Virtus-IT with a central knowledge repository with role based permissions and the desired security based access, enabling Virtus-IT to focus on delivering their project.
